You are now able to book routine GP appointments and request repeat prescriptions online.

In order to do this, you need to download to NHS app to your phone. Register for an account which will then link to your NHS record.

 The Health Board have been made aware of issues with the NHS app not allowing you to make routine GP appointments or ordering your medication. Please note this issue is in hand and they are trying to resolve it. 

UPDATE: The Health Board will be carrying out essential works in the coming days and weeks, which will affect user access to teir information on the NHS Wales App during the dates and times below. If you recieve any notification in relation to the NHS Wales Appplease be rest assured it will be down to the essential work taking place, not the app itself.

The Aneurin Bevan Health Board have been made aware of some issues with the NHS Wales app. It is not letting patients book a routine GP appointment and not letting you order your repeat prescription. Please note the issue is in hand and is trying to be resolved as matter of priority.
